Hadestown

Hadestown, an absolute phenom of a show that has captured the hearts & minds of theatre. It takes the currently white-hot subject of Greek mythology and retells the linked myths of Hades & Persephone and Orpheus & Eurydice, while shifting its ancient Greek setting to a Depression-era American underworld of railyards, speakeasies, and New Orleans jazz funerals.
