Maple Bay Painters Fall Show

Maple Bay Painters will be showcasing members newest works at its annual Fall Art Show on Friday, October 3rd and Saturday, October 4th, 2025 at St. Peters Hall, 5800 Maple Bay Road from 10 am to 5 pm each day.  Visitors to the show can view over 100 pieces of original art, mingle with the artists, see demonstrations and works in progress, learn about painting and experience the benefits of artist to artist support and mutual encouragement.

Each year, artists donate small paintings, with all proceeds from the sale of these paintings going towards bursaries awarded to local high school graduates.  “Our members all feel fortunate to call this beautiful valley ‘home’  and to take this opportunity to help and encourage the next generation of painters” comments President Erica Sutfin.

Maple Bay Painters is a group of over 40 Cowichan Valley Artists who meet weekly to paint, develop skills, share knowledge, attend educational sessions/art related discussions, and holds an annual exhibition in keeping with its mission statement to encourage, support and educate artists.
