Make Friends & Remove Invasive Ivy in the Blenkinsop Valley

Join the Greater Victoria Green Team in partnership with The Land Conservancy of BC to connect with the community, make new friends, and help improve the environment!
Volunteers will be working together to remove invasive English ivy from this protected area and important wildlife habitat owned and managed by The Land Conservancy of BC.

Meet us at the entrance to the land covenant at the top of the driveway at 4394 Lochside Dr. by 9:45am to check in, receive gloves and instructions. Help pull invasive ivy until 11:30am: take a break to enjoy some tasty snacks including homemade baked goodies, then continue to pull ivy until about 1pm.

Everyone of all ages and abilities are welcome! No experience needed. Join us for as long as you like! The Greater Victoria Green Team will provide instructions, gloves, tools, and tasty snacks!
