Liver & Life Poker Run

At LIVER & LIFE SOCIETY, our mission is simple: to raise awareness, support liver disease research, and provide assistance to those in need. As a community-oriented not-for-profit organization, we understand the profound impact of liver disease on individuals and their families. Therefore, we strive to bring attention to the causes, symptoms, and prevention of liver disease. One of our primary objectives is to actively support liver disease research. 

A poker run is a great way to raise awareness and money for a good cause. Participants travel from stop to stop, collecting playing cards along the way. At the end of the poker run, the player with the best hand wins a portion of the pot. All of the proceeds from the poker run are donated to charity. Starting at Noon at Camosun College Foul Bay Campus General Parking. 1st Checkpoint and event Registration.
Each participant uses their vehicle to drive around to 5 checkpoints around town and collect a playing at each stop. At the end of the event the person with the best hand wins half of the pot and the rest in donated to our cause.
