What great Weather we're having!
The Zone Rangers were out at FernFest for its 28th annual neighborhood celebration! We explored all kinds of cool activities like games, food, music, and even a kid’s zone—fun for the whole family!
The Zone was live on location at Royal Athletic Park with Jason Lamb for the School Spirit Game! There were over 3,200 people in attendance. We saw a whole bunch of young Zoners who came by to say hi—had a great time meeting you all at the game!
The Rangers headed down to Heritage Acres to check out their Summer Fair! We had a blast exploring all the awesome activities like music, making arts and crafts—and by far, the best part was riding the train!
The Zone was live on location for the Change-Makers Gathering Festival with Marlon Martens! This festival celebrates and promotes Indigenous culture, knowledge, and traditions. There were all kinds of activities, from powerful Indigenous performances to hands-on workshops you could take part in.
What's Next?
Kirsten James will be over at the Pinhalla Pinball Pizzeria on the 19th celebrating the year of the Pizza and on Friday (20th) Kirsten James will be broadcasting at Ska and Reggae Fest.
Saturday we will be giving away HarbourCats tickets (listen to find out how to win yours) and Sunday join us in Esquimalt as we cheer on people in the Annual Triathlon of Compassion.
