The Zone's Band of the Month Live Show!
Last Friday (April 25) The Zone held the first of two Band of The Month showcases. This was a free live concert at The Wicket Hall featuring four previous Zone Bands of The Month. The bands in question? Fffiend, JAXXEE, Trouble on the Outskirts and King Bob. The show kicked off at 8 with a killer set from fffriend, you’ll probably recognize them from their single “I Wear Gold”. After that JAXXEE followed with another rocking set with some fantastic vocals and you’ll never guess, Cello! Trouble On The Outskirts went on after that and blew the roof off the house, their new single “What You Want” gets quite a bit of airplay on The Zone and the crowd was totally singing along. The legendary King Bob headlined the show and got everyone in the venue moving! They put on an absolute masterclass on how to put on a show, their song “Figure It Out” is my prediction for the song of the summer.
What's Next?
The Zone Ranger will be hanging out with Kirsten James in The Afternoon Zone live on May 1st from the Phillips Tasting Room as we celebrate The Philips Backyard Music Festival over the years! Kirsten will also be at Canadian Tire this Saturday in Sidney.
