Today on Bud’s Weekly Geek-out . . . I’m sure, at one point or another, all mobile phone owners have been tempted to throw them.
Well, this Saturday, October 13, those in Toronto will bear witness to the Canadian Mobile Phone Throwing Championship, where three finalists will compete to both set a Canadian record and break the current world record of 101.46 metres. That’s 332.87 feet.
The winner not only claims the championship title, but a Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone with a year of unlimited service, and $5,000. =) Bud
