Vancouver Island’s Drought and How to Save Water

Today, while mowing my lawn, I noticed that the grass was feeling a bit crispy, which is rather concerning at this time of the year.

According to the Times Colonist today, we are already experiencing a level 3 drought on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Rivers and streams are at very low flowing levels, so the Province is wanting a reduction in water use.
