The Red Hot Chili Peppers were recently featured on James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke, where they sang RHCP hits, took off their clothing, and even pulled-over for a wrestling match.  What they didn’t show was a dance off, and Anthony Kiedis saving a baby’s life.

They just finished their dance-off and were on their way to celebrate at a local restaurant, when a woman ran out of her house screaming that her baby wasn’t breathing. She handed the baby to Kiedis and he performed CPR. The baby’s mouth was locked shut and was still not breathing, so he proceeded to rub its belly. Then, KABLAMO! Bubbles came out of its mouth and the baby started breathing again! “The little baby looked at me the whole time until the ambulance came. Nina. Little baby Nina”, Anthony said, “It was kind of a beautiful thing that we stopped for the dance off. We were there, the baby needed help and we were there.”

Kiedis has an 8 year old himself, so he has experience with being prepared in emergency situations.
