The following stipulates basic contest rules for The Zone @ 91-3
All The Zone @ 91-3 contests are open to any/all The Zone @ 91-3 listeners unless otherwise specified by The Zone @ 91-3 and its affiliates.
All prizes, unless otherwise specified, must be picked up within thirty (30) days of winning. The Zone @ 91-3 will not notify winners of the time remaining on their winnings. It is the winner's responsibility to claim their winnings within the thirty (30) day period.
All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
The Zone @ 91-3 is at liberty to give away any unclaimed prize at the end of the thirty (30) day grace period.
All major prizes will be given away by The Zone @ 91-3 Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries.
The Zone @ 91-3 may, due to the unavailability of prizes, substitute another prize of equal value.
In case of dispute over telephone lines, the decision of The Zone @ 91-3 is final.
The Zone @ 91-3 is not responsible for any mechanical telephone error or failure on the part of any land-based or wireless telephone service providers, or omission or neglect on the part of Canada Post or courier companies.
Any phone company employee using telephone equipment that is unavailable to the general public is ineligible to enter/win any contest(s) staged on The Zone @ 91-3
Employees of The Zone @ 91-3, their affiliates, representatives, their families are ineligible to enter/win any contest(s) staged on The Zone @ 91-3
Proper identification is required prior to receiving prize (valid driver's license, passport, state ID, military ID, police ID).
Designated representative - in very unique situations, a designated representative will be permitted to accept prizes on behalf of a winner. Written authorization from the winner is required. Letter must include designated representative's name, ID and a photocopy of the winner's driver's license. The Zone @ 91-3 will qualify what constitutes a very unique situation.
Winning contestants must answer a skill-testing mathematical question before any prize can be awarded.
The Zone @ 91-3 is not responsible for defective prizes.
Additions or deletions to these rules and regulations are subject to the discretion of The Zone @ 91-3 and may be enacted at any time.
The Zone @ 91-3, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives absolve themselves of any liability, financial or otherwise, resultant of an on or off air contest staged by The Zone @ 91-3
All contest entries become the property of The Zone @ 91-3 Furthermore, The Zone @ 91-3 may withhold any contest material crucial to the completion of a contest.
All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that The Zone @ 91-3 has the right to publicize and/or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness, voice or all matter incidental herein.
All prizes are non-transferable, void where prohibited by law.
Basic contest rules and addendum are available for review during regular office hours, at http://www.TheZone.fm/contestrules/ or upon receipt of a self-addressed, stamped envelope only.
In the event a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to the prize which can be awarded to a contest runner up at the discretion of The Zone @ 91-3
The Zone @ 91-3, The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group LP and affiliated sponsors are not responsible for cancellation of any events, and that portion of the prize will be forfeited.

As divisions of the Jim Pattison Broadcast Group LP and as licensees of Dat-e-Base operated by Presslaff Interactive Revenue of Torrance California, radio stations 100.3 The Q! & The Zone @ 91-3 / radio show cyberworld.ca (hereinafter known as "we" and "our") will not share, sell, lease, or rent specific user information gathered from our websites or physical entry forms to any outside agency, advertiser or other third party for any use whatsoever unless the user was made aware of this possibility prior to submitting their personal information or in the case of a court order or other legal proceeding.
The information gathered from these forms is used to tailor our radio stations & websites to best suit our users & listeners and for our own demographic research. We also use general demographic information (such as age and gender) for the purpose of defining our overall user profile to advertisers.
We will not send unsolicited e-mail to our users. User e-mail addresses are used for the purpose of feedback replies by our staff and station updates if requested.
Online or offline contest entrants, those filling out forms for on-air interaction and those who may be chosen for prizes from our database acknowledge our right to publish and/or broadcast their picture, name, address, voice, and statements without compensation.
We disclaim any and all responsibility arising from use of links to outside websites from our websites and reserve the right to add, remove or exclude external links at our discretion without notice. All logos and trade names appearing on our websites are the property of the respective copyright holders.
