This is such a unique fundraiser for the schools to host.

“This is a great opportunity to support and enhance student’s education while getting out with family and friends to experience some real talent and fantastic music!” All funds raised will go to support school activities.

The West Shore Arts Council and Westhills proudly present Light Up the Hills, a family-friendly outdoor festival of music, art, performance, and light!

The event begins at Belmont High School – participants are encouraged to follow a pathway past illuminated artwork, music, and performers, using handmade lanterns to light the way. The lanterns will create a spectacular glowing effect throughout the community!

By registering in one of three lantern-making workshops on September 17th, 20th, or 21st, participants will be allowed access to the main stage area for live musical performances from the Victoria Conservatory of Music. The Lighthouse Academy of Dance will also present choreographed dance performances at Westhills Park.

After giving our Mompreneurs a much deserved Summer break from the Market, Mompreneur Monday is starting up again! We hope you’ll join us for our next Mompreneur Monday and support our local Mompreneurs!
We’ll once again be showcasing the creations of talented local Mompreneurs in a craft fair style event! Vendors will be set up in the center of the market and selling everything from Handmade Artwork, Accessories and Jewellery, Children’s Clothing, Toys, Sweet Treats, and more!
As always, our permanent vendors will be open and ready to serve you some delicious lunch options or items you can take home for dinner that evening!

The Sooke Country Market is on it's 21st season and is a rain or shine event that operates on Saturdays from 10 am until 2 pm right through into October.

Sooke region producers will unveil their fresh grown produce, plant starts, seeds and preserves, artisan bakers will tempt with delicious home baked breads, pastries and nourishing snacks. Fine artists and craftsmen enhance the festive market with body care products, unique handcrafted jewelry, knitted creations and unique west coast inspired art.
