This is Pol’s Burger Club, where Pol will feature (read: eat) a different burger each month from a local eating establishment.

This month, Pol has the tough job of sitting on the sunny patio at Lure Restaurant & Bar while sipping a freshly made Cocojito and trying the mouthwatering Lure Burger with its grilled Portobello mushrooms and a house made smoked tomato ketchup goodness.

As Dan, Lure’s head chef, says: “We just wanted to build a nice big fat burger for our nice casual restaurant.” Sounds good to us, Dan!
