Griffen Outhouse made 36 saves to back stop the Victoria Royals to a 2-1 victory over the visiting Seattle Thunderbirds Saturday, sweeping the two game set.
The Royals had come from behind on Friday to up end the Thunderbirds 4-3. Outhouse was the #1 star both nights making a total of 79 saves.

Saturday Jared Freadrich scored the eventual game winner, while Dino Kambietz added a single.
Victoria takes their 2 game win streak on an Eastern Conference road swing beginning in Moose Jaw Tuesday night.
*The Royals played short staffed as they were missing 20 year old forward Regan Nagy, and defenseman Ralph Jarratt and Scott Walford.
*Tyler Soy remains one point away from tying the franchise point record held by Brandon Magee.
*The Royals called up 16 year old defenseman Remy Aquilon for both games over the weekend.
