Today on Bud’s Weekly Geek-out . . . the world’s first telescopic contact lens has been developed, allowing you to see images at 2.8x their original size, using aluminum mirrors, polarized lenses, and the edge (rather than the centre) of your retina.
Unfortunately, they’re less for giving regular people super-vision, and more for restoring vision to those with age-related macular degeneration.
But still, this is just a step away from flying cars, right?
