Yes, solar-powered balloons in the stratosphere (twice as high as planes fly) relaying bandwidth from ground-based internet service providers to balloon-shaped antennas in the boonies.
It does sound crazy, yes, but perhaps that’s why — if it’s not another great (and late) Google April Fool’s Day joke — it could be revolutionary. =) Bud
